The approach

Working with John Lewis colleagues, we developed a highly data-driven, analytical method to capture over 30k data points on their systems, interrelationships and impact on the customer experience.

We then used this data develop a unique analytical method that identify how to upgrade groups of systems taking in to account complex dependencies. This lead us to a new way of reinventing their systems and removing legacy platforms and data.

Our approach led to entirely new ideas of transforming systems in novel ways that meant the time and cost to upgrade could be radically reduced.

Key outcomes

John Lewis adopted the recommendations which resulted a radically faster, more cost effective path to transform.

We provided a novel, highly data-driven way of transforming systems.

We worked highly affectively alongside the existing technology and architecture teams to share experience and best practice.
